7-Day Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. If you are not completely

satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

- Unused and Unaltered Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

with all tags and accessories intact.

- Condition of Packaging: Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

Important Customer Notice

- Do Not Accept Opened Parcels: Please do not accept the parcel if the Orami security taping is tampered or

opened at the time of delivery.

- Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any complaint, return, or replacement request, it is mandatory to record a

clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video must be continuous, without any cuts or pauses,

and should clearly show the shipping label, seal, and contents of the package.

Requests made without an unboxing video may not be entertained.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, documentation, and the product

invoice.

3. We will coordinate the pickup through our courier partner.

4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7

business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines may

vary depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
